MEET YOUR BARISTA
My journey with coffee began over eight years ago, behind the bar, where I quickly fell in love not just with crafting great coffee, but with serving people. There’s something very special about being able to play a small part of someone’s day through coffee. It’s in those quiet moments that my love for coffee began.
For me, it has always been more than just a cup of coffee. It’s an act of love. A way to slow down, be present, and show up for people in both everyday moments and life’s biggest milestones.
Herd 317 was born from the idea of joining the herd—creating a space where people feel welcomed, connected and at home. “317” represents our first home, and the places and people we partner with become home to us too. What began as a small dream from a deep love for community, service, and —let’s be honest— a couple espresso shots along the way.
